Course Description
Understanding of the requirements for properly billing third-party payers and survey of federal laws and regulations that prohibit healthcare fraud and self-dealing. Prerequisite: C or better in LAWH 700, LAWH 701. (These prerequisites may be waived for a student currently enrolled in the JD program at the University of South Carolina).GC: 11/22/2021.
