The historic McCutchen House is open to the public for lunch during the University of South Carolina regular fall and spring semesters, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m, Tuesday through Friday.*
*Due to students' academic requirements, lunch concludes by 2 p.m.
Lunches range from $13.95 to $15.95 + tax per person unless otherwise noted (lunch, beverages, and dessert included). McCutchen House is cashless. Please pay by credit, debit, check, Carolina Cash, IIT or direct billing.

- McCutchen House Salad: Mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, thinly sliced purple onions, shredded smoked Gouda and toasted slivered almonds. Choice of scratch-made house, ranch, blue cheese and balsamic dressings.
- Soup of the Day: Prepared daily. Ask your server for the day's selection.
Entrées (choice of one)
- The Rachel: Whole breast sliced turkey on grilled seeded rye bread with Swiss cheese, house-made coleslaw and Thousand Island dressing. Served with a pickle spear and seasoned french fries. $13.95
- Mediterranean Roasted Salmon: Fresh salmon cut in-house and roasted with garlic, lemon, olives, fresh vegetables and served with rice pilaf. $14.95 (GF)
- Veal Piccata: Tender scallopini veal cutlets breaded and pan-seared until golden brown and finished in a lemon-butter sauce with capers. Served with seasoned capellini pasta and vegetable of the day. $15.95
- Baby Back Ribs: Slow-smoked 4-bone portion of baby back ribs glazed with mustard-based BBQ sauce and served with vegetable of the day and rice pilaf. $15.95 (GF)
- Vegetable Lasagna: Layers of pasta, veggies and cheese, topped with marinara on one side, alfredo on the other and served with garlic bread. $13.95 (V)

McCutchen House is an applied learning restaurant management laboratory for students studying in the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management. In addition to enjoying great food, guests have the opportunity to help students advance their knowledge and skills by providing valuable feedback on the hospitality and service.
