| Background: | Dr. Khalil has extensive experience teaching anatomical sciences, including human anatomy, comparative anatomy, and microanatomy, across undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs. His academic background includes significant involvement in educational technology and research in medical education. He has developed strong expertise in instructional design and curriculum development, with a focus on adult learning theory, student-centered pedagogy, and both group and individualized instructional strategies. He is proficient in all phases of the instructional development process, including analysis, design, implementation, evaluation, and validation of educational programs and materials. Dr. Khalil is committed to advancing student learning, promoting academic excellence, and contributing to the scholarship of teaching and learning in medical education. He is also an advocate for equity and social justice in higher education.
