University Associates

Founded in 1964, University Associates brings together a vibrant community of business professionals, retirees, non-profit leaders, USC alumni, and supporters who share a deep passion for the University of South Carolina and our broader community. Membership with University Associates includes quarterly luncheons featuring compelling stories and updates from top scholars, distinguished faculty and staff, athletic coaches, historians, the university architect, and the university president. In addition to the luncheons, members enjoy educational and engaging opportunities throughout the year.

University Associates Carolina Scholar (1B1304)

The University Associates Carolina Scholar Fund was established in 1986 by the Association to be awarded by the University’s Carolina Scholar Committee to a South Carolina Honors College student.

University Associates Scholarship Fund (B11101)

The University Associates Scholarship Fund was established in 2003 by the Association to provide support for need-based, merit scholarships at the University of South Carolina. Preference shall be given to students from the greater Columbia, South Carolina area.
