Teaching
Joey Hilton is a firm believer that everyone is born with a different level of natural abilities. He's encountered students with extraordinary abilities and students that had "learning disabilities." Once, a student told him that he was one of the only teachers to adjust to their learning style. He didn’t think he was doing anything special by staying after class and making sure that they understood the lesson. That experience taught him that students come from different backgrounds and each brain interprets information differently. One of his goals is to ensure that no student gets left behind.
