Rotations
Senior year fieldwork rotations let you apply core principles from the classroom to patient care in the clinic. Additionally, students will virtually participate in a mini rotation that highlights a niche area of the profession.
Summer Rotations
Summer rotations allow you to take on the role of genetic counselor at a comfortable pace and provides deep appreciation for the clinical, research and administrative capacities of the genetic counselor. Students often choose unique settings which allow them to experience a new area of the country
International Rotations
The learning potential from exploring the genetic counseling profession in another country is enormous. Students are encouraged to consider an international placement through our partners in the Transnational Alliance for Genetic Counseling.
