Reservations Required
Participants are required to make reservations for all Group X classes through DSE. Log in using Single Sign On (SSO) with your existing university credentials.
If you can no longer attend a class, please unregister by going to your My Classes page in DSE and unregistering to open your spot up for someone else!
Private Group X Classes
If you are interested in one of our certified Group X Instructors teaching a 30-60 minute class for your group, please complete the Private Group X Request Form at least 3 weeks before your anticipated date.
Someone from our Fitness program will be in touch within 3-4 business days. If you have further questions, please contact us at groupx@mailbox.sc.edu.

Participants are able to take part in a variety of class types, with multiple formats in each area. Feel free to participate in an old favorite, or try something new!

                                     PilatesStrengthen your entire body through controlled, low impact exercises that will focus on core stabilizer muscles.

                                     StrengthChallenge your strength, build lean muscle, and improve flexibility through targeting all major muscle groups.

                                     YogaFlow through poses that enhance flexibility, strength, and mindfulness to relieve stiffness, achiness and tiredness.

                                     ZumbaImprove your cardiorespiratory fitness, muscle endurance, balance, and flexibility with an interval-style, dance fitness party.
