                                          | Fitness Assessment Fitness assessments are necessary to obtain an individualized base-line measurement
                                                and help you set specific and measurable goals. The assessment will measure multiple
                                                components of your fitness including muscular endurance and strength, cardiovascular
                                                endurance, body composition and flexibility. This information allows your trainer

                                          | Program Design Your personal trainer will design a 6-week program for you that is tailored to your
                                                goals and specific needs. You will meet with your trainer for a 1-hour session so
                                                that they can explain the program and answer any questions.   Note: An active (within 12 months and on file) fitness assessment must be on file
