Policies and Procedures Manual
Complete listing of current policies and procedures.
The Office of the Provost maintains the official Policies and Procedures Manual for the university, and coordinates review and approval of all university policies that have campus- and system-wide application. The Policies and Procedures Manual is published in electronic format only by the Office of the Provost.
If there is a discrepancy between a division version of a policy and the USC policies and procedures manual, the version in the electronic Policies and Procedures Manual is considered the official policy. Divisions may not have separate websites with duplicate versions of the policies. All division websites and paper documents should reference the policies in the Policies and Procedures Manual.
