Background
Victoria Harmon, Pharm.D., BCCCP, joined the USC College of Pharmacy faculty as a clinical assistant professor in Fall 2025. Originally from Lugoff, South Carolina, she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at UNC Health Rex and continued her education at Rex as a PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Resident.
Dr. Harmon's practice interests include neurocritical care and emergency medicine. She participated in various teaching opportunities throughout her residency, including precepting pharmacy students and residents as well as providing didactic instruction at UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy and Campbell University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Her PGY2 research project focused on investigating strategies for vasopressor de-escalation in patients with septic shock.
Dr. Harmon maintains a practice site as an Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist at Prisma Health Richland Hospital.
