Research
Dr. Yin's research focuses on operations research (OR) and AI/ML to advance decision intelligence and sustainable computing for complex systems, with applications in transportation, logistics, and AI systems. His research group studies how intelligent decision systems can generalize to new conditions, operate under finite computational budgets, and deliver net sustainability benefits when deployed at scale.
